Typical of the United States, Mac and cheese (in French: macaroni au fromage) is a saucer comfort food par excellence, those that make us fall back into childhood and make us want to curl up on the sofa in front of a series.
Loved by children and their parents, this recipe is perfect for extremely lazy evenings. Pasta and cheese at will, to be enjoyed after less than half an hour of preparation and cooking, what more could you ask for?

- 250 g of cooked macaroni (or in the absence of shells), al dente
- 225 g of grated cheddar (or other cheese of your choice)
