Paolo Sorrentino starts shooting a new movie in June

EXCLUSIVE: Oscar winner Paolo Sorrentino (The Great Beauty) will begin filming a new movie in June, we can reveal.

The film is set between the picturesque Italian island of Capri and Sorrentino’s hometown of Naples. The hand of God and series The new pope, The young pope And Be Pezzi Facili. The script comes from Sorrentino.

Plot details are being kept under wraps, but we’re told the project is about “the human condition.”

Naples and the surroundings were the scene for the director’s latest film, the drama 2021 The hand of God.
