‘I cleaned my face with toothpaste to whiten it’: Amina Tenderlibae talks about bullying because of nationality

Blogger Amina became famous for her masked image that hides her nose and lips. In a new interview with Eldar Dzharakhov on YouTube, the girl openly spoke about her complexes.

According to Amina, the hatred for her appearance was mainly related to her nationality (the blogger is Azerbaijani). Tenderlibae could not accept skin color for a long time. “I went to Bulgaria with my family when I was little. We were there for a month. I came with a very dark complexion, 2-3 times darker than now. I came to school and they called me coal. When I was a kid, I used to use toothpaste to whiten my face because I was nicknamed. My mother did not know about this and cried when I came in with burns, ”said Amina.

The girl also shared that she faced the same problem even in adulthood. “I took off my mask and went into the living room. A man came up to me and said I was a hachiha and I should go back to Azerbaijan,” added Tenderlibaye.

We have previously written that Amina Tenderlibaye showed her unmasked face for the first time of her own free will. The blogger released the clip “Break”, in which he promised to star in the film without hiding his face for a long time.
