A British father died while on a snorkelling holiday with his family in St. Kitts was.
Andrew Evans, 60, from Wales, was found dead on March 27 at around 10 a.m. during a tourist snorkeling trip to Peninsular Cove off the Caribbean island’s southeast peninsula.
Local press said he had only arrived in St Kitts that day aboard a P&O Britannia vessel.
He was part of a large group and was on holiday with his wife and daughter on a 14 day trip from Barbados to Southampton.
It is unclear whether he drowned or died of natural causes.

The man was pulled from the water, where another tourist tried unsuccessfully to revive himself.
He was pronounced dead by the district doctor.
The Royal St Christopher and Nevis Police Force told MailOnline: Sometime after 10am, police received a report from the St Kitts-Nevis Coast Guard.
“Upon arrival, the detectives met members of the Coast Guard who escorted them to the pier where they found Mr. Evans’ body lying on his back.”
They said the investigation is ongoing.

In early March, a 77-year-old Briton died while snorkeling in the Caribbean.
Gareth Weekes, a former newspaper editor, was on a sailing trip near St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
Local residents at his home in Devon said Weekes would be a “great loss to our community”.
Ian Simpson (55) died late last year while snorkeling with his son in the Dominican Republic.
Simpson did not turn up in choppy waters off Caleton de Bruno beach in the town of Cabrera.
Locals took a small fishing boat in the middle of the night and found his body nearby.
