The long-awaited “Coffeemania Chef’s” opens its doors at the Patriarchate on 3 March. UNI: A new location in Patriarchs

This week, a new location opened in Patriarchs, the Japanese restaurant UNI, a joint project of the restaurant holding Alba Group and Nikita Mazepin.

The main place on the menu is devoted to dishes from sea urchin, which have become the signature of chefs to Japanese classics. Besides single dishes, the menu includes several gastronomic variations with a subtle philosophy of the naturalness of each ingredient.

Fasting is the perfect excuse to destroy buyers with new flavors. Lentil menu at Blush

This year, Vlad Suchkov took inspiration from the atmosphere of the famous animated movie “Ratatouille” and recreated the movie’s iconic dish that set the tone for the rest of the menu.

The chef suggests starting with a spicy baked eggplant with cashew sauce and tomato salsa, a salad with pickled vegetables and bulgur wheat, or an Indian creamy green pea soup with fried tofu.

New RA’MEN in Winzavod

The new RA’MEN is an urban ramen bar where basic Japan coexists with the casual West, the menu is diluted with drops based on current games and anime, and offbeat cocktails are prepared behind the bar. Traditionally, RA’MEN will launch new events and special menus each month with giveaways, anime stickers and merchandise. The bar’s signature style is inspired by the work of Japanese pop art icon Takashi Murakami with a kawaii “super flat” cartoon.

Until April 15, Grand Café Dr. Zhivago has a lentil menu. Chef Anton Kochura featured traditional Russian dishes that would be comfortable for those who adhere to dietary restrictions during this period.

For example, lean borscht with cherries, rye dumplings with mushrooms and white truffle oil and several types of fruit dumplings. Vegetables and mushrooms stand out. The chef combines zucchini doners with mushroom caviar, vegetable cabbage rolls with porcini mushrooms, and potato and sorrel salad with white milk mushrooms.

Yasno’s online psychotherapy service and Association Gallery are announcing an open call to artists, designers and illustrators. Themes are Trauma, Attachment, and the Unconscious. Applications will be accepted until March 13.

Open call dates: February 27 – March 13, 2023. To be a participant, you must read the instructions, fill out a short questionnaire and add work to it. Only images created both online and in physical form – i.e. painting, graphic, collage, illustration, drawing, animation, etc. – acceptable. “Open” and “Unity” do not limit the participants in the interpretation of the topics.
