A Romanian councilor felt embarrassed today when his camera turned on while he was taking a shower – while “working” at home.
When the chairman of the meeting called for participation, Social Democratic (PSD) councilor Alberto-Iosif Caraian emerged straight from a shower, naked and wet.
Mr. Caraian then spends the next few moments turning off the camera and is noticed by everyone at the meeting.
Councilors at the meeting then burst out laughing, with the chairman trying not to smile and someone else shouting at Mr Caraian to turn off his video.
“But I can’t hang up, I can’t hang up, sorry. I have a bad cold, but I don’t know how to hang up,” he insisted.

After the incident, Mr Caraian appeared again on the live stream of the meeting, this time fully clothed.
“Technology still plays tricks. Ah, rabbit has spoken! My apologies for the unfortunate incident…Again, apologies to everyone!” he wrote on his Facebook page.
But the technical problems did not stop there. Mr. Caraian’s screen also went black once and he did not pick up after being called again.
