Two gunmen killed seven people, including a 12-year-old girl, with shotguns and pistols in a billiard room in Brazil in a fit of rage after losing two straight games.
Mato Grosso, with sickening CCTV footage of Tuesday’s Sinop City massacre, shows the moment a gunman orders his hostages to stand against a wall while his accomplice retrieves a shotgun from a nearby truck.
Moments later, the second gunman goes back into the hallway and the two begin shooting at their captives at point blank range, giving them no chance to escape.
Police said the gunmen, identified as Edgar Ricardo de Oliveira (30) and Ezequias Souza Ribeiro (27), fled the scene and are still at large.
Braulio Junqueira, MP of the civil police, said investigators are gathering evidence and searching for the cold-blooded killers. He explained that Oliveira played a pool game against one of the victims on Tuesday morning and lost about 4,000 reais (640 pounds).

They were named by Brazilian police as Larissa Frasao de Almeida (12), Orisberto Pereira Sousa (38), Adriano Balbinote (46), Getulio Rodrigues Frasao Junior (36), Josue Ramos Tenorio (48) and Maciel Bruno de Andrade Costa ( 35) – the pool hall Owner.
A seventh victim – Elizeu Santos da Silva, 47, somehow survived the initial gunshots and was taken to hospital, but later succumbed to his injuries.

Before leaving, the ruthless killers go from table to table collecting bills and loose change. They also stopped to steal one of the victim’s bags as the shocked woman watched in silence.
Police Lt. Romening dos Santos Silva said the gunmen retaliated indiscriminately against almost everyone present in the billiards room, regardless of whether they were involved in the bet.
The officer said: “It is clear that some of the victims may not even have been involved in the game that took place at the facility.”
Detectives in Mato Grosso are now hunting the killers, but their current whereabouts are unknown.
According to police files, Oliveira has been arrested for domestic violence in the past.
Souza now has a long criminal record that includes arrests for illegal gun possession, gang robbery, assault and threats.
