Hello everyone,

As we continue to evolve our syndication and entertainment news organization structure, I’m happy to share some leadership updates with you.

Tammy will now oversee advertising strategies and sponsorships across the company’s portfolio and develop monetization opportunities around NBCU’s intellectual property and talent.

While bittersweet for her E! Family, this is a wonderful and well-deserved new chapter for Tammy
where she will use her immense talents on a bigger scale – I couldn’t be prouder of her!
In conjunction with Tammy’s move, I am pleased to announce that Jenny Depper has assumed the role of Senior Vice President of E! news digital. Since joining the company in 2017, Jenny has done an amazing job leading digital efforts for syndication studios and properties, including The Kelly Clarkson Show, Access to Hollywood, Karamo, The Steve Wilkos Show, Maury PovichAnd Jerry Springer. ate! News Digital, Jenny will now oversee strategy, audience and monetization, as well as content development across the company.

The growth of E! ‘s digital footprint is truly impressive and Jenny is the perfect leader to define and cultivate the direction of the company. Jenny has also made great strides in fulfilling her role at Syndication Studios and we are actively looking for her replacement.

Please join me in congratulating Jenny on her new role and wishing Tammy well as she moves on (not too far!) to her next adventure.

As I said, we’re creating a center of excellence for entertainment news at NBCU, and I’m working on that
excited about the future of our brands. The foundation we continue to build here is a testament to all of them
from you and I am so grateful for everyone’s dedication, hard work and support.

Thank you very much,
tration
