According to the news of Just Jared, relatives of Galina Hutchins went to court by giving a statement. “Battered in today’s case (confirmed – Approx. Ed.), for willful emotional suffering, neglect and loss of consortium,” attorney Gloria Ollerd said. She also added that she has not contacted the actor’s family. “And Mr. Baldwin didn’t even apologize to them,” she continued.

The deceased’s older sister also took the floor. “Losing my sister was a terrible experience, at least for me, and one of the greatest losses of my life. “It’s even more devastating to see how our parents suffered, how their health deteriorated dramatically,” he added.

Recall that the operator Galina Hutchins died in October 2021. During filming, Baldwin fired a gun, accidentally killing him and injuring the film’s director, Joel Sousa.
