Helena Bonham Carter, who played Princess Margaret in the third and fourth seasons of The Crown, thinks the show should be stopped.
She told The Guardian, “I really don’t think they should have continued. I attended and liked my episodes, but now everything is completely different. When ‘The Crown’ started, it was a historical drama and it has survived to the present day.”

Helena, who plays the “back-up” role where Prince Harry sees himself as Princess Margaret for two seasons, reluctantly comments on the duke’s experience: “I really don’t want to contribute to everything. It’s complicated and will be taken out of context. And I think enough attention has been given to that.
Instead, the 56-year-old actress revealed that Princess Margaret wasn’t that interested in being a backup. She had a complex about her height: “Actually, the real Margaret wouldn’t mind being number two, but she would mind being too small. She was only a foot and a half tall, so there was something in her pose that accentuated every millimeter as much as possible: she lifted the car seat so she could be seen. It’s funny that we carry a complex within us that can control all our behavior.”
