A3 talent agent Danielle De Lawder joins CESD as Vice President of New York Theatre

EXCLUSIVE: CESD’s New York theater division has appointed former agent Danielle De Lawder as vice president.

De Lawder joins CESD after 21 years at A3 Artists Agency and its predecessor, Abrams Artists Agency, working from Assistant to most recently Talent Partner.

Most of her clients followed her to CESD, including Chaske Spencer (English, echo) Ethan Slater (Wicked, Tony name Spongebob)will hunt (crowded room, drunk) Patti Murin (Disney’s Frozen, Chicago Med), Guy Lockard (Chicago Med, the town), Anne Golden (Into The Woods, The Wonderful Mrs. Maisel), Ivory Aquino (Batgirl as we rise)Nikiya Mathis (increase kanan, snowfall) Stephen Rider (instinct, daring) Rodney Hicks (rent, come from far) Daniel Stewart Sherman (field 49, perverted boots), War Stevens (Bridge and Tunnel, Patti Cake$), Lenny Venito (Kevin can wait, the neighbors), Maria Grabriela Gonzales (fantasy island) and Royce Johnson (punishment, daredevil).

“Danielle’s arrival at CESD is also a major coup for our theater team and the careers of our clients,” said CESD owners Ken Slevin and Paul Doherty. “It is our pleasure to add her to our agency’s outstanding team of agents.”

According to sources, De Lawder left the A3 last autumn. Earlier this month, Pamela Fisher and Justin Baxter joined the management of A3 and Shawn Naim joined UTA.
