Balagan at Buro.Tsum
January 25 BURO. TSUM celebrates Tatyana’s Day with the most unusual guest. The legend of Moscow restaurants and the stewardess of the cult project BALAGAN, Tatyana Berkovich, will for the first time organize both a dinner and a party in the very center of the capital. A unique gastronomic theater with author’s chef sets and a full-strength show program rises to the fifth floor of the Central Department Store.
Tatyana Berkovich, known for Semiramis, Semifreddo and Mao restaurants, founded the BALAGAN concept on the idea of ”From farm to table”, where seasonality and product quality are the inspiration for the weekly menu change. Full interaction between guests and the team allows you not only to surprise with new dishes, but also to create a whole show program around them. A set of six dishes that BALAGAN brought to BURO. TSUM brings together cities and countries, memories and new experiences. The dynamic sets of DJ Mira and the cheerful songs of the group Shalman will help to make the atmosphere of the night truly unique.
Meeting of guests at 19:30
Address: St. Petrovka, 2 (TSUM, 5th floor)
