Posing for the cover of Vanity Fair, Madonna gave an interview in which she admitted that being a mother was not easy for her and talked about the difficulties of raising children.
Recall that Madonna has six children: 26-year-old daughter Lourdes, 22-year-old son Rocco, 17-year-old David, 16-year-old Mercy James, and 10-year-old twins Esther and Stella. “Growing up with a mother like me is not easy. It was the hardest, hardest fight ever. “Today I’m still trying to figure out how to be a mother and do my job,” she shared.

“Because whoever you are, having and raising children is a work of art. And nobody gives you instructions. You must learn from mistakes. This is a very time consuming job. And it’s tiring because there’s no rest,” he continued.
Madonna also says it gives her great pleasure to see “each of them discover their own creativity and that it comes from a unique place.” I never encouraged my daughter Lola to take music lessons and my son Rocco to paint. But I always introduced them to art, music, and I’m happy that they found ways to express themselves. I respect and admire them and what they do.”
