Innovative artists send 4 coordinators to the agent

EXCLUSIVE: Innovative Artists promoted four of its coordinators to agents. Noell Ellis, Maia Katz and Keionah Lee are promoted in the talent department and Olivia Zoratto in the broadcasting department. Ellis, Lee and Zoratto join Innovative’s team of agents in Los Angeles while Katz continues to work in the New York office.

Ellis devoted herself to performing as a child in her native Texas and later became a highly respected acting coach in her home state. Now as an agent, Ellis supports clients through the unique lens of someone who has been in her shoes. As a former child actor and member of the queer community, they are particularly interested in working with and uplifting young people and LGBTQ talent.

cat started in the mailroom at Innovative Artists and rose to an assistant position in the talent department a week later. She was then promoted to the position of first talent coordinator in the agency’s New York office. She is a graduate of Indiana University, where she received a bachelor’s degree in theater and drama.

lie began her career in the mailroom at Innovative Artists after graduating from California State University, Northridge. She has worked her way through the agency’s training program and looks forward to continuing to work closely with clients and nurture emerging talent.

Zoratto graduated from Dickinson College with a degree in film studies. She has worked with two agencies in her hometown of Pittsburgh, PA, both as talent and casting. After graduating, she moved to LA where she was a studio production assistant and soon joined Innovative Artists, working her way up in the growing broadcast and hosting division.
