Following the departure of Bert Habets to ProSiebenSat.1, the Antenna Group appointed former HBO Europe boss Linda Jensen as CEO.
Hailing from Envision Entertainment, Jensen is a former CEO of HBO Europe who also worked in strategy for MTV Russia and CME.
She runs the largest Greek media company, which broadcasts in several countries and manages a number of channels and networks.
Theodore Kyriakou, Antenna’s chairman, praised her “extensive experience and unique track record, which will significantly contribute to our growth strategy.”
Jensen added: “Antenna’s outstanding content and growing international footprint provide a perfect foundation for future innovation and expansion. I look forward to working with the team to create outstanding entertainment experiences for our global audience.”
Jensen replaces Habets, who ran German giant ProSiebenSat.1 in October after a year at Antenna. Habets was previously CEO of RTL Group.
