Before we start working with salmon, we need to prepare a good (and tasty) bed for it to rest. For this, we will cut the potatoes into half-inch thick slices, the pepper and spring onion into julienne strips, and the tomato into thin slices. We’re going to scatter all these vegetables on the baking sheet and season them and add some olive oil, some water, and some white wine.
We will cook the vegetables in a 190º oven for 20 minutes until the potatoes turn brown and the other vegetables are well boiled. Sprinkle that solid black pepper and place the seasoned salmon fillet on top. Besides that, we will add a few green onion rings, scattering them on top.

We will leave the fish to cook for 10 minutes (we can’t leave it any longer as we can cook it too much and lose its water and dry out the meat). Number? Flatten slightly with a fork and see if the fish scales have separated (this will mean it’s done).
We can serve directly from the same baking dish, so as not to contaminate more trays.
With things to accompany the world’s easiest baked salmon recipe
Although this recipe serves a main course and a side dish, we can always accompany it with a fresh salad or plain white rice. We can even accompany it with a nice artisan bread.
