Research shows that between 10 and 15 percent of Americans suffer from irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) – and one of the most common symptoms is constipation.

Aside from laxatives, drinking water and maybe coffee, there are few options that provide quick relief.

But famous TikTok nutritionist Vanessa Irene has an alternative suggestion: She says she can start in 30 minutes.

In a clip shared to her channel that has been viewed more than 1.3 million times, the wellness coach and nutritionist says going to the bathroom once a week is “not healthy for you.”

“So I’ll show you how to go to the toilet in 30 minutes.” “You don’t have to buy any medicine,” she says.

“I’ll give it to you right now.”

She also recommends the following:

“You need celery, you need spinach and you put it in the blender with a little water.” Irene cautions against juicing the combo so as not to “remove all the fiber.”

Green juices are often thought of as a health elixir, but nutritionist Vanessa Irene says consuming two specific vegetables is essential for regular bowel movements.

Previous studies have shown that vegetables high in water and fiber can help foods move faster through the intestines and thus regulate digestion.

Celery is about 95 percent water; One serving contains half a cup. Likewise, 93 percent spinach is water.
