Javicia Leslie Admits ‘Some Tiffany’ Was a ‘Relief’, Teases Her ‘Different’ Role in ‘The Flash’ (Exclusive)

“I liked it. And I like how it exists. It’s a normal relationship,” said Javicia. Hollywood Life. “There are no traumas. There is no breakup story. It’s just a beautiful, loving gay couple who are in the film as best friends with Zoe’s character, and we all exist.”

Javicia’s character Sophia is in a relationship with Daisy, played by Jojo. Javicia admitted that her co-star made her “laugh out loud whenever” they were together.

“So when we did our chemistry reading, the first thing we realized was that we knew a lot of people in common and were so excited to be able to talk to each other,” Javicia continued. “But our connection and chemistry was so perfect. When we started shooting, Jojo became one of my favorite people. I was excited to come to set because he always made me laugh out loud. He says the funniest things in a low voice. You want to be around her when we start because you know you’re going to have some fun stuff. She is so genuine and so talented. She has had this experience…everyone else has. But most of all Jojo made this experience so much fun.”
