Keanu Reeves Celebrates 100 Days Since ‘John Wick 4’ Premiere, Gives New Details About ‘Ballerina’

Although there are still a few months left to see Baba Yaga in action on the big screen again, Keanu Reeves is thrilled because now there are only 100 days left until the premiere of ‘John Wick 4’. And to celebrate it, the actor of ‘The Matrix’ has provided some details on the spin-off of Ana de Armas, ‘Ballerina’, accompanied by a new image of the next chapter of the franchise.

At the beginning the a new image of ‘John Wick 4’ with Keanu Reeves comes from TotalFilm magazine, which recently provided some of the latest updates on movies like ‘Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse’ and ‘Avatar: The Way of Water’. In the image we see the protagonist being chased by two men in an open environment, but there are no further details on which plot moment this sequence is located.

During the CCXP (via Heroic Hollywood), a few words of the actor about the next series of the saga were recovered, assuring that the story will take place between the events of the third and fourth films, in the main plot.

Keanu Reeves and Norman Reedus are the ones who will accompany Ana de Armas, who recently appeared in ‘Knive Out’, ‘No Time to Die’ and ‘Blonde’, in ‘Ballerina’: “She lost her father when she was very young and she really doesn’t know what happened. Only someone broke into her house and killed her father, who had a tattoo. As we know in John Wick, if you have a tattoo, something is wrong.”

At present, ‘Ballerina’ does not have a release date, but this spin-off is expected to arrive in 2024. While, as far as the Keanu Reeves movie is concerned, ‘John Wick 4’ has a planned release on March 24, 2023, a few months before the new massacre that will leave behind the ruthless killer known as Baba Yaga.

“John Wick 4” will be the longest film to date of the entire franchise and will once again see Chad Stahelski in the director’s chair, who has promised to return to the roots of the saga, as well as the character of Keanu Reeves, who will receive a more in-depth treatment than the second and third films.
