RHOM’s Marysol and Alexia Share Their True Thoughts and Feelings About Lisa’s ‘Bad’ Divorce (Exclusive)

I know there are people who say, ‘Oh yeah, I saw that coming,’ but I personally didn’t see it coming,” Marysol told us during a recent episode of Beware Pooh-Lease! podcasts. “I’ve always seen [Lisa and Lenny] like people who had fun together, partied together, always went out to dinner with attractive young men. They had a fun lifestyle. I figured there would be no reason for him to walk away. It was all there, you know? They had a pretty good lifestyle. I thought it worked for them so I was a little surprised that he wanted to go away and have a girlfriend.

And Alexia feels the same. During her podcast interview, she told us, “Lisa has her own story [this season] And it’s hard to understand why we love her. And when you love your friends and see them going through that kind of thing, even if it’s normal, it’s hard.” She said she was “shocked by the whole thing and the fact that [Lenny] He even wanted a divorce. Divorce is a big word, it’s a big thing, and once you say divorce, it’s not like you can’t go back because it’s there, but I couldn’t believe it. I was a bit in disbelief and really disappointed, like it happened overnight.

As fans saw in the first four episodes of Season 5, Lisa’s now estranged husband Lenny has hinted that he may be cheating on her. During a hot mic moment in the fourth episode, Lenny tells his friend that he doesn’t have sex with Lisa anymore because he would “cheat on who I really care about”. Sure, we already know that Lisa and Lenny end up breaking up, but that doesn’t make it any easier to watch their marriage fall apart.

Lenny officially filed for divorce from Lisa on May 20, 2022 after 12 years of marriage. Lenny cited “irreconcilable differences” in the lawsuit, according to page six, saying their “marriage is hopelessly broken and there is no current hope of a meaningful reconciliation.” They’re currently fighting in court over finances, which is why Alexia said their split is “getting worse” as it unfolds on the show.
