On November 25, the Marvel Cinematic Universe holiday special, “Guardians of the Galaxy: Happy Holidays Special,” will premiere on Disney+. This is the second MCU special released on the platform this year, the first being “Marvel Studios Presents: Curse of the Werewolf” which premiered on Halloween. Critics have already shared their first reactions and thoughts on the film, which is its director, James Gunn, joking “absolutely ridiculous”.
“Guardians of the Galaxy: Happy Holidays Special” brings us the fun Christmas mission of the Guardians, who will head to Earth in search of the perfect gift for Peter Quill (Chris Pratt). And, to everyone’s surprise, the present bringing Drax (Dave Bautista) and Mantis (Pom Klementieff) will be actor Kevin Bacon. The cast is completed by Karen Gillan, Vin Diesel, Bradley Cooper, Sean Gunn and Michael Rooker. As for the script and direction, the responsible was James Gunn, the main responsible for the saga.
A hilarious comedy duo
