‘Harry Potter’: Ralph Fiennes will play Voldemort again ‘without hesitation’

Now that there’s so much talk that Warner Bros. could save JK Rowling’s franchise by adapting ‘Harry Potter and the Cursed Child’ (although I suppose he’s leaving the “Fantastic Beasts” saga), Ralph Fiennes teased any plans Warner Bros. Discovery CEO David Zaslav has to prepare his contract.

‘Harry Potter’: Ralph Fiennes will play Voldemort again ‘without hesitation’

In an interview with Variety, the actor told the outlet that “Of course” I would play Voldemort again if the producer or author called you again: “I have no doubts about that.” Fiennes put himself in the shoes of who you already know from ‘Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire’ to ‘The Deathly Hallows: Part 2’, although he has also voiced him in video games and attractions.

Coming soon

The actor is now promoting ‘El menú’, a new film distributed by Disney which will be released in Spanish theaters on December 2nd. In it, he brings to life the famous and crazy chef Julian Slowik, food manager of the exclusive Hawthorn restaurant on an island off the Pacific Northwest coast of the United States. Here comes the couple formed by Margot (Anya Taylor-Joy) and Tyler (Nicholas Hoult), three young people already drunk, Bryce (Rob Yang), Soren (Arturo Castro) and Dave (Mark St. Cyr); a wealthy elderly couple, Anne and Richard (Judith Light and Reed Birney); prestigious food critic Lillian Bloom (Janet McTeer) and her fawning editor Ted (Paul Adelstein); and finally a famous middle-aged movie star (John Leguizamo) with his assistant Felicity (Aimee Carrero). For them, chef Slowik has prepared a luxurious tasting menu.

During the evening presided over by General Elsa (Hong Chau), the tension rises with the arrival of each unexpected dish and the revelation of secrets, and the rivalries escalate to the most violent and savage events. Directed by Mark Mylod (“Succession”) with a screenplay by Seth Reiss and Will Tracy, ‘The Menu’ hits theaters December 2.
