Lindsay Lohan Reveals Interest in ‘Freaky Friday’ and ‘Mean Girls’ Sequels

Lindsay Lohan talks about making sequels to some of her earlier hit movies like Crazy Friday and mean girls.

While promoting her new Netflix movie Fall in love with ChristmasLohan appears The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon where the presenter asked the actor if he would star in the possible sequels. The question came after Jamie Lee Curtis expressed interest in a sequel Crazy Friday.

Lohan admitted Curtis contacted her on the set of her holiday movie about the sequel.

“Then I was on set filming and Jamie Lee Curtis sends you a text, you immediately get excited and distracted,” she recalls. “So I had to come down to earth and say, ‘OK, I’m on set, I need to focus.’ And then she said Crazy Friday 2nd and I got more excited.

Lohan then said that she and Curtis “would both like to do another movie on her.” Crazy Friday Characters.

Fallon then wormed his way into the question of a sequel mean girls and Lohan said a sequel was “in Tina Fey’s hands.”

When Curtis arrived The view In October, she announced that she had an idea for one Crazy Friday Sequel, in which Lohan would play a “hot grandma”.

“Let me be the grandma, let me be the old grandma who switches places so Lindsay can be the sexy grandma who’s still happy with Mark Harmon in all the ways you’d be happy with Mark Harmon,” Curtis said.

While Curtis said she pitched the idea to people at Disney, it’s not yet known if executives are considering making a sequel.
