At first, actor Tom Ellis was part of the rumors of “Wonder Man” and even a concept art went viral in which he appears dressed in this superhero costume and immediately wowed fans of wonderespecially those who followed this actor’s career as the star of the Netflix series ‘Lucifer’, but apparently this theory has been discarded.
According to a recent report from Deadline, the actor Yahya Abdul-Mateen II has been chosen by Marvel Studios to star in the series “Wonder Man” in the Disney + catalog, however, there are no official confirmations on this new series, much less its release date, so there is no other way than to continue waiting for the house of ideas to make an announcement.
At the moment, the ‘Wonder Man’ series is still in its pre-production phase, according to US media reports such as The Hollywood Reporter, so there is no way to estimate when it will be released in the catalog. Disney +although it is a fact that it will not be in 2023 as there are several titles scheduled for next year.
