The Simpsons: Treehouse of Horror XXXIII is coming soon and to get you excited, we have a clip to share with you today along with some new images!
The clip is from the segment of the Halloween special inspired by the hit anime series death Note, which also features an anime animation style. In it, Lisa Simpson is the one who discovers the magical notebook which has the power to kill those named in it.
The images you will find below the video not only tease the death Note Segment, but they also make fun of The Babadook segment. The synopsis reads:
In a book-themed trilogy, Marge’s resentment takes a monstrous form, Lisa tries to save the planet through a madness of anime killing and in a segment that breaks Matt Groening’s biggest rule: Homer discovers he’s not the man he thought he was.
All new Tree house of horror XXXIII the episode airs Sunday, October 30 (8: 00-8: 31pm ET / PT) on FOX.
