A new trailer and poster have been released for the Amazon Prime documentary, Goodnight Oppy, which “tells the true inspirational story of Opportunity, a rover that was sent to Mars on a 90-day mission but survived for 15 years. The film follows Opportunity’s groundbreaking journey to Mars and the extraordinary bond between a robot and its humans millions of miles away.
This inspiring story is told by the director Ryan White (The Keepers, Ask Dr. Ruth), and narrated by Angela Bassett (What does love have to do with this, 911, Black Panther).
It sounds like such a captivating and beautiful documentary about the beloved Mars rover. Goodnight Oppy will be released in select theaters on November 4th and worldwide on Prime Video on November 23rd. Check out the trailer and poster below and let us know if you can’t wait to watch it.
