
Michelle Yeoh (Shang-Chi and the legend of the ten rings, All everywhere all at once) And Pete Davidson (SNL, The King of Staten Island) joined the voice cast of Paramount’s upcoming animated film Transformers: Rise of the Beasts, based on Hasbro’s Transformers action figures. Yeoh will voice Maximal Airazor, with Davidson playing the Autobot Mirage.
Director Steven Caple Jr. announced the news via behind-the-scenes video with the actors in the recording booth, which you can check out below.
The latest film in a franchise about the war between factions of alien robots, Transformers: Rise of the Beasts will take audiences on a 1990s globetrotting adventure, introducing the robot tribes known as Maximal and Terrorcon to the existing battle on earth between the Autobots and Decepticons.
Yeoh and Davidson join previous cast co-stars Antonio Ramos And Domenico Fishback. Lorenzo di Bonaventura, Michael Bay, Mark Vahradian and Duncan Henderson are the producers, with Hasbro Entertainment One’s entertainment studio producing alongside co-financiers Skydance and New Republic Pictures.
The release of the photo is scheduled for June 9, 2023.
