John Krasinski wreaks havoc with his “Deadpool 3” announcement comment: is he back as Reed Richards?

It is undoubtedly the bomb of the week. Hugh Jackman officially returns as Wolverine alongside Ryan Reynolds in “Deadpool 3”. The announcement on the net of both actors was greeted with great enthusiasm by fans, who are already starting to develop theories on the matter. which will be Logan’s introduction for the first time in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

The questions are many, and Jackman and Reynolds have already answered some with a new video, but beyond that, we don’t know much more about this amazing crossover. One of the doubts that have been generated after the announcement is yes, in addition to the mutant, we will see in the film the Fantastic 4, and specifically Reed Richards. It all started following a comment that John Krasinski made, and that sowed chaos in the Marvel fandom.

After the announcement, Krasinski retweeted Reynolds’ video adding a mysterious message: “Wait … is this our movie?”. Well, it’s best not to hope for now, because Krasinski’s message appears to be simply a joke alluding to a new project in which the actor of “The Office” coincides with Reynolds, but that has nothing to do with Marvel. This is ‘Imaginary Friends’, his next film as a director, which in addition to Reynolds features Steve Carell (with whom he meets again after working together on the NBC series), Phoebe Waller-Bridge and Fiona Shaw. The film, currently in production, marks Krasinski’s new foray into the fantasy genre following the success of “A Quiet Place”.

John Krasinski’s return to the Marvel Universe is not guaranteed.
