PNY recently announced that it is expanding its XLR8 GPU family by adding the new VERTO GeForce RTX 4090, GeForce RTX 4080 12GB and GeForce RTX 4080 16GB. These new third-generation RTX graphics cards are powered by NVIDIA’s ultra-efficient Ada Lovelace architecture that delivers “a quantum leap in performance, neural rendering and many other leading platform features” to gamers and creators alike. PNY states that these three cards “harness unprecedented power to overcome performance barriers and effortlessly power your graphics experiences on the fastest graphics cards at all resolutions, even up to 8k.”
The three cards use G6X memory for super-fast speeds, and you can overclock all three with VelocityX software. The 4080 is available in 12GB and 16GB configurations, while the 4090 will have 24GB to play with. Triple fan design and 7 (12GB) or 8 (16GB and 4090) heatpipes keep cards cool for improved durability and stability. Additionally, the 4090 has a basic vapor chamber. They also feature EPIC-X RGB lighting to help make your tower shine and set the mood.
You will be able to purchase the RTX 4090 from PNY starting in the first half of October through Amazon, Best Buy and PNY, as well as other online partners. Meanwhile, both versions of PNY’s RTX 4080 will be available in the first half of November from the same locations.
