AMC’s successful flagship zombie series The walking dead is drawing to a close this season. But fans are looking forward to the spin-off projects the cablemaker has in store that will follow some of the show’s most beloved characters on new adventures. A show will tell the story in the next chapter by Daryl Dixon (Norman Reedus) life. It was originally supposed to follow the two popular original characters Daryl and Carol (Melissa McBride), but McBride has given up on the series commitment. The pair have continually claimed that we haven’t seen the latter of the two fan favorites, and they reiterated this in a recent interview with Weekly entertainment.
When asked about the possibility of Carol’s return, McBride said, “I feel like Carol has more stories to tell,” she replies before pausing. “I’ll leave it to that.” Another break. “I think you have a few more stories.” Another sly smile.
Reedus added:
“Their journey is not over. They want meet along the way. You can practically bet all your money. I’ve read all these people complaining and I just have to keep my mouth shut, but there will be a quantity of feet in many mouths at one point. “
If McBride is suggesting that Carol will be back, and Reedus is for all intents and purposes promising it, what does it do Walking Dead responsible for the contents Scott M. Gimple do you have to say about all this? He replied:
“I mean, they both got things right. There is just more story to tell. And I love both characters so much that we will tell stories with each of them that it will carry on. And who knows beyond that? But I never stopped. to talk to Melissa about this. I’m thrilled and very optimistic for the future to tell some good stories from Carol. “
So this seals the deal. It will be great to see Daryl and Carol together again someday. For now, we have the Daryl show and the Rick and Michonne series to look forward to! More Tales of The Walking Dead is now airing on AMC and the last eight episodes of The walking dead will start on AMC on October 2nd.
