Fans knew it Brawl LEGO it was released at the end of the summer, but as far as I know, a precise date has never been announced. Then, seemingly out of nowhere, it launched on September 2nd! That’s right, you can play Brawl LEGO now, so why are you still here?
The game was developed and published by the LEGO Group and Red Games Co. with Bandai Namco running a physical version for consoles. Brawl LEGO is a family friendly platform fighter with special build and brawl mechanics. Players can customize their minifigure in over 77 trillion possible combinations to suit their style and strategy. More options will also be released with seasonal events and seasonal content in the future. It looks damn funny. Speaking of the game, Murray Andrews to LEGO Games he said:
LEGO Brawls showcases LEGO play in a whole new way with its awesome family fun. Customize your minifigure and join your friends for enhanced action on all your favorite LEGO themes.
Brian Lovell by Red Games Co. added:
In a unique take on the LEGO genre, imagination, self-expression and goofy humor set the stage for the playful, form-fitting, carefree competition style. LEGO Brawls breaks into new territory that encourages individuality, team collaboration and pure competitive fun.
LEGO fans will find themes like the classic Space and Castle sets, Jurassic world, Ninjago and more in both characters and levels. I wish there was a way to bring Bionicles, but I’m not sure how it would work with the aesthetic of the minifig. Each level will have different game modes such as Collect Mode and Party Mode, unique victory conditions and challenges. Collect mode is about collecting collectibles, Party mode is for playing private games with your friends online or locally, a battle royale mode or a free brawl. Online play is supported for 4v4 matches (cross-play is integrated) in the various modes.
Speak about Brawl LEGO, Savannah Ho from Bandai Namco said:

The game offers an amazing array of customizable options and gameplay features, giving players a platform for endless fun as they compete to brag to friends or conquer global glory in the online leaderboards.
