She-Hulk: lawyer it is meant to bring Charlie Cox returns to the MCU in all its Daredevil glory, and this time sporting an elegant yellow suit. Some fans are wondering if this version of Daredevil we see in the series is a variant with a unique new take on the character, or if this is a continuation of the Netflix shows.

I always thought this version of the character was the same as the Netflix series. The creative team of the series, director Kat Coirò and chief writer Jessica Gao, in reality they are not giving any concrete answers about it. When asked about it in a recent interview with CB, Coiro said:

“I don’t know if I’m allowed to talk about it, but he’s very aware and very planned, that’s all I can say.”

Gao shared a little more information about the character, saying:

“We were like, ‘This is our version,’ and that’s true of any character. Like every character we’ve used that existed in the MCU, it gets a little different on our show because you see them so much dramatic roles like these situations. high pressure and high stakes, but on our show, because our show is more of a slice of life, they can take a break from that. ”

She-Hulk: lawyer will include several familiar faces from the MCU including Wong, Abomination, Hulk and others. Gao went on to talk about what he means when he says “this is our version”:

“They can take a little comedy vacation. Of course, after our show, they can go back to save the world, save the universe, a very serious and intense story, but in our show, they can just take a little break and when the universe is not at stake like, ‘What’s happening to you?’ They have a chance to really explore how a different part of their character because not everyone can be able to save the world every minute of every day. “

Coiro went on to talk about working with the Marvel boss Kevin Feige on the series, saying:

“The great thing is Kevin is really involved at that level and he keeps the whole MCU in his brain. And so everyone would have ideas of who he should join, and then he’d know, you know, which threads would link and which would blow it all up. But since the premise is a superhuman division of law, you have this really organic way of presenting just about anyone you want. “

After all that has been said, I’m pretty confident that the Deadpool we see in She-Hulk will be the same Deadpool from the Netflix show. They will continue to build and expand that character in this series and the upcoming Disney + series Daredevil: Born again. What do you think?
