She-Hulk: lawyer star Tatiana Maslany seems to be a fan of fellow MCU actor Florence Pugh, and she’d love to do a Marvel movie with her. During a recent interview on The Jess Cagle Podcast with Julia Cunningham, Maslany shared her desire to do a comedy project with Pugh, saying:
“I love Florence Pugh as an actress, so I want to act with her. I think the duo would be weird, but I think it would be fun … It’s like a comedy of friends. We in the car.”
She-Hulk and Yelena Belova in a comedy of friends is definitely a bizarre collaboration, but it would be a lot of fun. The two characters have such weird and funny personalities and it would be interesting to see what kind of adventure they would end up in. But it has to be more of them driving in the car.
In terms of She-Hulk’s broader future MCU, Maslany said she’s ready for whatever Marvel throws at her:
“Yeah, I mean, he’s always being teased as ‘If that’s a thing, then maybe you’ll just turn up in this or that.’ And you know, the Marvel Universe has a little bit of this … every plot stitches up another. So I’m ready. Did you hear something? Why didn’t I. “
Can’t wait to watch She-Hulkand I’m interested in seeing how she sets up She-Hulk’s journey in the MCU.
She-Hulk is due to debut on Disney + on Thursday, August 18th.
