First look at the new B2EMO droid from the Disney + Star Wars ANDOR series

A first photo has been released showing a new Disney + droid Star Wars series Andor. His name is B2EMO and he was featured at San Diego Comic-Con in a show for the series. According to a small sign beside it, B2EMO, aka Bee-two, or Bee, is a “very old and tired groundmech rescue assistance unit” that has been in the Andor family “for years”.

We don’t know the extent of his involvement in the series, but it’s fun to see a new droid that I’m sure we will learn to know and love.

Andor features Diego Luna reprising the role of Cassian Andor. The story is set five years before the events of Thief One, and will follow the adventures of the titular rebel spy hero during the formative years of the Rebellion. He will explore spy stories and daring missions to restore hope to a galaxy in the grip of a ruthless empire.

The prequel series will also star in former franchises Genevieve O’Reilly such as Mon Mothma and Alan Tudyk as Cassian’s K-2SO droid, who will reportedly not appear in Season 1. It is also said that Forest Whitaker And Ben Mendelsohn They are reportedly reprising the respective roles of Saw Gerrera and director Orson Callan Krennic. The additional cast also includes newcomers Denise Gough, Stellan Skarsgard, Kyle SollerAnd Adria Arjona.

Check out the photos below and see Andor on Disney + starting August 31.
