Apple shared a teaser trailer for Mythical research Season 3 at Comic-Con over the weekend and that trailer has now been released online for you to enjoy. The trailer also features a cameo from Joe Manganiellowho seems to be a great player.
The hilarious workplace comedy was created by Rob McElhenney, Charlie day And Megan Ganz is the story follows “a group of video game developers tasked with building worlds, molding heroes and creating legends, but the hardest-fought battles don’t happen in the game – they happen in the office.”
This was a fun series to watch and the end of the second season saw company creative director Ian Grimm (McElhenney) and co-creative director Poppy Li (Carlotta Nicco) leave the company to launch their own venture called GrimPop Studios and, as you’ll see in the trailer, that decision “nothing has changed”.
In Season 3, “Ian and Poppy will continue to navigate the world of games and their collaboration at the new GrimPop Studios, with Dana (Imani Hakim) being forced to mediate the incessant quarrels of her bosses. Back to Mythic Quest, David (David Hornsby) settles into his new role as boss, where he really finds himself in command for the first time with Jo (Jessie Ennis) return as his assistant – more loyal and militant than ever; and Carol (Naomi Ekperigin) tries to figure out where it fits after a new promotion. In Berkeley, Rachel (Ashly Burch) struggles to balance his morals with capitalism, while Brad (Danny Pudi) tries to return to society as a reformed man ”.
The new season of Mythical research will premiere on Apple TV + this fall. Enjoy the trailer!
