After the Warner Bros panel at San Diego Comic-Con 2022, DC Comics unveils the latest news it brought to the convention, ‘The man of sand’, Netflix adaptation of Neil Gaiman’s graphic novel. And among many new details of the fantasy series, the trailer shocked the audience.
Attendees in Hall H of San Diego Comic-Con were able to attend the new trailer for ‘The man of sand’ with Tom Sturridge for Netflixwhere a detailed look at the world played by Dream or Dream is finally given, as well as some details about the series.
The date of before ‘The man of sand’ It will be next August 5th Through Netflix, and according to the protagonist, each of the daily episodes of the series will tell a totally different story, told only by the protagonist. Additionally, it will feature artist Dave McKean, who illustrated the covers of the original novel, fresh from retirement for art credits.
In addition, a clip from the third episode of “The Sandman” could also be shown, in which Jenna Coleman plays the new version of Constantine, and shows how she deals with some demons. For now, the trailer remains a Comic-Con exclusive, but is expected to be revealed to the public in the coming days.

Other details revealed at the convention during the ‘The Sandman’ panel were that Morpheus actor Tom Sturridge stated that “each episode is a different movie, a separate story. The characters are constantly changing thanks to the work of each actor. They read each book for its respective effects ”.
But not only that, the author of the graphic novel and producer of the Netflix series has confirmed that the character of Merv Pumpkinhead will have the voice of Mark Hamill, famous for giving life to Luke Skywalker in the “Star Wars” franchise. And he explains: “We are doing a series both for beginners, both for readers and for those who have listened to the audiobook.”
A new poster of “The Sandman” was finally revealed and the panel with actors and actresses, such as Gwendoline Christie, Kirby Howell-Baptiste, Mason Alexander Park, Boyd Holbrook, among many others, said goodbye. So now we just have to wait a few weeks for the premiere on Netflix.
