Michael Myers’ crimes end. On October 14th “Halloween Ends” will be released in theaters around the world, the last chapter of the famous slasher saga that will put an end to the story between Michael Myers and Laurie Strode. Thanks to the first official trailer, we have been able to take a first look at what will be the final battle between the two characters.
“Halloween Ends”, starring Jamie Lee Curtis and Nick Castle, will be the thirteenth installment of the “Halloween” series. However, it will be the fourth chronologically speaking since David Gordon Green reprized the saga while ignoring the rest of the previous films with the exception of the original 1978 film. Aside from the original “Halloween Night” (1978), the two films preceding this new installment are “Halloween Night” (2018) and “Halloween Kills” (2021).. In this way, ‘Halloween Ends’ will allow Green to close his long-awaited trilogy that he had in mind from the beginning.
Production was handled by Blumhouse, a production company known primarily for making horror films.. Recently we have been able to see on the big screen other titles produced by that production company such as ‘Fantasy Island’, the famous saga ‘The Purge’ or ‘Black Phone’, which is still available in some theaters.
Distribution
Accompanying Lee Curtis and Castle there will be James Jude Courtney, who in some moments will also find himself under the mask of Myers as he is the double in charge of interpreting the risky scenes.. Joining these three will also be Judy Greer, Andi Matichak, Will Patton, Kyle Richards, Omar J. Dorsey and Michael O’Leary.
