The release date of the next chapter of “Ghostbusters” has already been revealed. While there aren’t too many details yet, it will be a direct sequel to ‘Ghostbusters: Beyond’ and take the protagonists to Manhattan, New York, where it all began in the first film.
According to Variety, the film’s release date is set for December 20, 2023. From the official “Ghostbusters” Twitter account, they warned that the action would move to Manhattan, where the original protagonists faced ghosts of all kinds. The post highlights the firehouse that was the headquarters of the Ghostbusters in the early films.
