Now he’s venturing into comics and writing for an adult audience with his 4-issue comic Nightmare stuff. BOOM! Studios is thrilled to be able to help bring a twisted and dark new story to life.
With the art of AL Kaplan and colors of Roman Titov, history reinvents the mad scientist bent on creating life. But what these two brothers have created is something completely different. He promises to be darker, more creepy, and downright perfect for horror fans.
Stine seems very excited about this project saying, “I’m finally free to let my most horrible fantasies out! Hey, guys– stay away from STUFF OF NIGHTMARES…… it’s my first adult horror comic. Horrible, gory, and hopefully good stomach-churning fun! It must be very exciting after writing so much horror for kids to be able to take off the gloves and really try.
