Mike Colter played the Marvel character Luke Cage In the Netflix series with the same name, as well as crossover shows in that universe at the time. Now that Daredevil has made his way in the MCU in his restarted series, together with two of his co-seats, the fans ask Colter without stopping if we can also anticipate his return.
The actor was not shy for his enthusiasm to return to the role, but it was rather adamant in not believing that it was a possibility as he had not heard anything from the managers who would make him believe that it was in their plans.
But he seems to interpret his answers in a slightly different way in these days, since he has been asked for the possibility in a recent panel for Edmonton Expo (through Fandom agents), and played Coy for the question that seems to be a recurring theme in his life.
Colter replied: “I don’t know why people continue to ask me. There are no signs,” he joked. “It is not that recently have revived one of the shows of Marvel Netflix.”
He continued to talk about a few trepidation that Luke Cage could even go against the bad guys of the MCU, jokingly stating: “Have you seen what they did for Hulk? Come on, friend, if they do it for Hulk, they would have had Thanks who would have absolutely dried the floor with Luke”.
