James Gunn is bringing things to another level in Pacifier Season 2 and we gave our first look at a new wild novelty to the DC series.
Den of Geek shared new images behind the scenes of the next season, and one of them presents Gunn Estaind in front of a monster suitable for rubber, and has a small thing similar to a mouse in the arm.
The mysterious creature that resembles something out of a science fiction film. I have no idea who or what it is, so go ahead and let your theories fly! Whatever it is, this new creature is likely to make life even more complicated for Christopher Smith aka Peacemaker and his team Ragtag.
Together with the image, WB and Max have also dropped a new synopsis that makes fun of where history is heading this season: “In season 2, Peacemaker discovers an alternative world in which life is everything he wants could be. But this discovery also forces him to face his traumatic past and take the future in his hands”.
The previous description adds: “The new season follows Christopher” Chris “Smith, aka Peacemaker, the supervisor superhero while fighting to reconcile his past with his new sense of purpose, continuing to kick the right evil ass in his wrong search for peace at any cost.”
It seems that we are immersing ourselves in depth in the multival chaos this time. Gunn confirmed a lot in a recent interview, saying:
“People are realizing that the second season of the peacemaker is about two dimensions, and this is really the nucleus of the show. But it is not as if one of these was old DCEU and his own DCU. It is treated in a different way, very early in a season in which most of the first season is canon and some things are not.
And in fact, I did a podcast with [actors] Steve Agee and Jen Holland. And we made every episode of Peacemaker and, in those episodes, I speak of what is canonical and what is not. Basically I put out the little things of the first season of pacifier who are not canonical, like Aquaman. But most of the things are canon. “
So, we are getting alternative realities, Canon grooves and a new wild -looking monster in the mix. If season 1 was wild, season 2 promises to be absolutely crazy.
