Marvel is known both for its secrecy and for its show, when it comes to revealing the stars of the big name in the films out of the study. They were known to do it from the Comic-Con phase, to roaring fans, as well as through five and a half hours livestreams Avengers: Doomsday.

During an apparition on the podcast 19:00 in Brooklyn (via CB), Coogler was asked directly on the comments made by Washington Gladiator II Press Tour.
The director revealed that he really hopes to work with Washington in the Marvel cinema universe. Coogler has spent some time discussing his close personal history with Washington, explaining how lucky enough to see the Hollywood icon as a “family”. He hoped to collaborate with Washington and is thrilled to work together.
Coogler explained: “There is no fiction out there. Denzel is a family at this point … I tried to work with him from the first day. I think it is the greatest living actor, and in terms of what he means for our culture, forgetting.
Washington called Coogler after his revelation and apologized for having paid the news. We still do not know who will play the actor in the sequel, but it is destined to be good.
