According to reports, Superman adopts an episodic approach inspired by comics

DC Studios treated fans with a complete trailer for James Gunn’S Superman Yesterday, and the film has a great atmosphere, the tone seems right and it seems that it will tell a solid story. But now, new insider information offers some interesting details.

According to the interior Scooper Daniel Richtman, the film according to what is reported adopts an episodic structure, inspired by Grant Morrison AND Frank Quelty’S All-Star Superman. That comic is known for its vignette style narration, with each chapter that explores a different facet of the Man of Steel character.

If this structure takes place at the film, we are not just watching a traditional three -act successful film, we are getting something more lyrical, more segmented and perhaps more emotionally resonant.

If this is true, it is a creative choice that could divide the public, but at least, it is a unique way to say to Superman history.
