This is the trailer of “An enchanted and electrifying period” entitled Harvestwhich is a history of surreal folk folk protagonist Caleb Landry Jones (Go out). It looks like a rather wild cult film.
In the film, “over seven hallucinatory days, a nameless village, in a indefinite time and place disappears. The citizen transformed into farmer Walter Thirst and confused Lord of the Manor Charles Kent are childish friends who are about to face an invasion from the outside world: the trauma of modernity.
The film is directed by Athina Rachel Tsangari (Attentions) from a script with which he co-scored Joslyn Barnes (Boys of nickel), based on Jim crace”Norde 2013 with the same name.
The film was shot in 16 mm films of Sean Price Williams (Good moment), also the stars Harry Melling, Rosy Mcewen, Arinzé Kene, Thalissa TeixeiraAND Frank Dillane star.
The film does not yet have the distribution of the United States, but opens in cinemas in Germany on 22 May and in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Mexico and Chile on July 18 before streaming in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Latin America and more on August 8.
