I’m not sure who is still interested Zack Snyder’S Rebellious moonscience fiction universe, but if you are one of the few still breastfeeding your aftermath of a space hangover Rebellious moonPrepare to dive even deeper into the story of Snyder, this time in a comic form.
Titan Comics is dropping a new prequel series entitled Rebel Moon: NemesisAnd it is the cyborg warrior who oscillates sword, the films.
Assassin in Doona Bae’s blade, partly mechanical, is getting her history of origin and guiding the charge is the writer Gail Simone (Birds of prey, Red Sonja), with art of Federico Bertoni.
The creative duo is dragging us into what is described as a “western revenge” set in the deep space. Simone Shared:
“I feel that this story was a bit destined to happen, in some way. My family and I was watching Rebellious moon And I really had fun, and I just focused on Nemesis.
“I loved her tough, but also the way he faced the pain and I recognized him in others. I was completely struck by her, and in reality I told my family: I would like to write it one day.
“Well, someone was listening to because I receive this message that Zack would like to talk to me about the writing of that exact character. Who am I to discuss with fate? He is a powerful and powerful character, he jumps out of the page (and screen) and I can’t even explain how much I liked playing in this sandbox.”
This is not the first dive of Titan in the Rebellious moon universe. At the beginning of this year, Rebel Moon: House of the BloodaxeWritten by Snyder himself, he explored another corner of the tentular saga. But Nemesis Look to zero something more personal and potentially more brutal.
Jake Devine, editor of Titan Comics, said: “I am so enthusiastic that fans return to the world of Rebellious moon – There are so many stories still to be discovered, and the story of Nemesis and his revenge is that a fan will not want to lose.
“Not only is the enigma of his character, but he has some epic murders, beautiful places and tough showdown. Working with Gail has been a dream and I can’t wait for readers to immerse themselves in this extensive universe that has created.”
This comic may be interesting considering that Snyder does not write it. I like Snyder as a director and I love his visual style, but he needs help to correctly create his stories.
