Netflix released the first teaser trailer for Tina Fey AND Steve CarellNetflix’s comedy is The four seasonswhich is based on the 1981 film with the same name. It looks like a fun show!
The series follows six old friends who “head to a relaxing weekend just to learn that a couple in the group is about to separate”, news that “reverses the dynamics” between the kate couples (Fey) and Jack (Jack (Jack (Jack (Jack)Strong), Nick (Carell) and Anne (Kerri Kenney-Silver), Danny (Colman Domingo) and Claude (Marco Calvani).
The story will follow the couples “over the course of a year, will follow[ing] Friends in four holidays and watch[ing] How this Shake-Up affects everyone’s dynamics, sending old problems and new gorgogates to the surface. “
The eight episodes series and half an hour is co-Creata, Co-Showrun, executive product and written by Fey together with Tracey Wigfield AND Lang Fisherwhich also directs.
The four seasons will be previewed on May 1st.
