Apple TV+ releases the trailer for season 2 of the dramatic thriller series surface with Gugu Mbatha-Raw

Apple TV+ has released a trailer for the second season of its dramatic thriller series, Surfaceinterpreted Gugu Mbatha-Raw Like Sophie, a woman we saw in the first season who tries to reconstruct her life after an attempt at suicide and fighting to understand all the things that brought him.

In the second season, she has returned, and this time she heads through the pond in the United Kingdom. In the desperate attempt to discover the truth about his mother’s death, Sophie must infiltrate the most powerful and secret family in London.

From Hello Sunshine of Reese Witherspoon, the second chapter of this mystery stretched with Mbatha-Raw arrives, Phil Dunter, Frieda Pinto, Oliver Jackson-Cohen, Stephan James, Ari Graynor, Millie Brady, François ArnaudAND Marianne Jean-Baptiste.

The synopsis of the show recites: “set in a completely new world, the second season of” Surface “follows Sophie (Gugu Mbatha-Raw) in London to reveal the secrets of his past.

“Having undergone an injury that robbed her of her memories, Sophie follows the few clues he has, using his vast stolen resources to incorporate himself into the British elite society and discovers a possible connection with a beautiful heir.

“But everything changes when a journalist suddenly contacts her, realizing that they were working together to exhibit a shocking scandal on the dangerous people who are now approaching.

Surface It is a series created and showrun from Veronica West (Heart of dixie, Chicago Fire, High fidelity), who also wrote the show, with the writing of Erica L. Anderson, Tony Saltzman, Glens Mullins, Leigh Ann Beliety, Dan Lee West, Raven Jackson, Martin Zimmerman and Glenise Mullins. New episodes are directed by Ed Lilly, Jon East, Lynsey Miller, Alrick Riley.
