Director Ti West (MaXXXine) will direct a dark comedy series Thirst for blood for Amazon which was written by the singer and songwriter Halseywho will also serve as creator and executive producer.
West and Halsey, whose given name is Ashley Frangipane, previously worked together in the film MaXXXine in which Halsey played the role of Tabby Martin.
Unfortunately, we don’t have any details about the project’s history to share, but it’s apparently been in development at Amazon for quite a while.
Marco Friedman (End of report, dispatches from elsewhere) will executive produce the show and serve as showrunner. Antonio LiHalsey’s manager, is also an executive producer. Amazon MGM Studios will produce.
