Netflix has released a trailer for the second season of the action thriller series The night agent. I enjoyed the first season of this show and it looks like the next chapter in the story will be a great and intense new chapter.
Gabriele Basso is back in action as FBI Agent Peter Sutherland. After saving the president in the first season, Peter is promoted by the secret organization Night Action to become a night agent.
“Peter is now hunting a mole in the CIA who is leaking important American secrets after being betrayed during a mission. He acts rebellious to find the leaker and fears that Night Action may be compromised.
“As his research continues, the mole sells top-secret information to the highest bidder and gathers enough resources to build a bomb large enough to blow up Manhattan.”
The rest of the cast includes Luciane Buchanan, Amanda Warren, Arienne Mandi, Louis Herthum, Berto Colon, Michael Malarkey, Keon Alexander, Brittany snow, Teddy Sears, Navid NegahbanAND Rob Heaps.
The series was developed by Shawn Ryan, who serves as showrunner. The film is scheduled for release on January 23.
