Oscar nominated actress Ana de Armas (Knives out, Blonde) is said to be in talks with Marvel Studios for a mystery role in the upcoming second event film, Avengers: Judgment Day.
According to Scoper Daniele Richtmann (via CBM) Ana de Armas is talking to the studio about a brand new role in the film.
The actress has never been in a superhero movie, but she has been cast as numerous Marvel and DC characters over the years.
Two characters that fans have been wondering if we’ll see in the upcoming films are The Beyonder and Molecule Man, but there are still plenty of other mainstream heroes and villains to choose from that de Armas could play.
Whether de Armas is up for this secret role, there’s a chance we won’t know for sure until we sit down to watch the movie—depending on whether Marvel manages to keep it under wraps, of course.
